Meet LorAnn’s Baker of the Month:  Juliana, owner of Juliana Matheus Cakes in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Juliana finds great joy in taking ingredients and making them into something that brightens everyone’s day. I’m sure you will agree that her smile inducing creations, like her 3-D meringues, are adorable and nothing short of pure artistry.

Like many bakers, Juliana was inspired by the older generations. One of her most prized possessions is her mother’s recipe notebook. Every Christmas, she makes her mother’s recipe for homemade ice cream

When she is not busy in the kitchen, Juliana is studying photography. She takes her own photos and is known to help her fellow entrepreneurs with their images.
