Maximum Flavor, Minimum Sugar

According to the calendar spring arrived over a month ago, but it doesn’t quite feel that way until the magnolia trees are in bloom, the cherry blossoms start to pop and the tulips begin to peek up from the ground. It’s like nature is doing a refresh.

Speaking of a refresh, remember those resolutions you made on January 1st? If you don’t, you’re not alone — most people start falling off the resolution bandwagon by mid-January (we’re cringing because we can relate.) We’re here to tell you that it’s not too late to hop back on.

Resolutions come in varying levels of lifestyle-changing commitments, and while we can’t expertly speak on how to help improve a yoga practice, we can offer some handy life hacks to keep people on track with one of the most popular resolutions: a healthier diet.

When we commit to eating healthier, it’s important to remember that we need to drink healthier too. Sodas, flavored creamers, and sugary juices are just as detrimental to those clean eating resolutions as that basket of fries! At the same time, we’re not saying to give up all that flavor, either.

Instead of reaching for that creamer, grab your favorite milk alternative and reach for a hazelnut, pumpkin spice, or cinnamon spice Bakery Emulsion. Starbucks, who?

Supercharged Nutritional Drinks

Anyone else tired of run-of-the-mills protein shake flavors? Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, repeat. We’re all for a Neapolitan shake, but after a while, these gold standards can start to dull. Our customers seem to feel the same way, so we’ve gotten many accounts of people using the Bakery Emulsions to add a little somethin’ somethin’ to their shakes. One cookie butter protein smoothie, coming right up!

No-Bake Flavor

Sure, the obvious (and delicious) use for our Bakery Emulsion is baked goods, but we challenge you to think beyond the pan! Customers watching their diets have used Bakery Emulsions in everything from plain Greek yogurt to vegan whipped cream — the possibilities are endless! We personally love the idea of adding a splash of cherry flavor to a chocolate chia seed pudding for a guilt-free treat in a jar.

Do you have a favorite use for the Bakery Emulsions that we didn’t mention in this article? Share them with us in the comments!
